Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Quality Tracy Concrete and Masonry, tracyconcreteandmasonry.com, contact@tracyconcreteandmasonry.com
Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Quality Tracy Concrete and Masonry website and any estimate or work you request through it. By using the site, calling us or sending the contact form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
When we do a job for you, the written estimate or contract for that job also applies. If it says something different from this page, the written estimate or contract wins for that job.
What we do
We're a masonry contractor in Tracy, CA, and we also work in the cities around it. Our work includes brick, block, stone, concrete, pavers, chimneys, fireplaces, retaining walls and foundation work. You can read more about our crew on the About page, and the home page lists the services and cities we cover.
The service descriptions on this site are general information to help you understand a job. They aren't a promise that any particular method, material or result fits your property. We'll only know that after we've seen the work in person.
Estimates and pricing
We give free in-person estimates with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure at the visit, so it covers the scope, materials and conditions written on it.
Masonry often hides problems until it's opened up, such as soft mortar behind a sound face, a cracked footing or poor soil. If we find conditions like that, or if you ask for changes, we'll explain what we found and what it means for the price before we do the extra work. We won't add charges you haven't agreed to.
Prices or general information anywhere on this site are not a quote. Your price is the one in your written estimate or contract, and an estimate stays good for the period written on it.
Scheduling and cancellation
We'll agree on a start date with you, but weather, material deliveries, inspections and conditions found on site can move it. Rain and cold affect how mortar and concrete cure, so we may hold off on a day when the work wouldn't hold up. If the schedule changes, we'll tell you as soon as we know.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can by calling (209) 237-1005 or using the Contact page. Your written contract sets out any cancellation terms for your job, including any cost for materials already ordered or work already done. Any cancellation rights California law gives you still apply.
Payment
Payment amounts, due dates and accepted methods are set out in your written estimate or contract. If a deposit is required, it'll be stated there before we start.
If payment isn't made as agreed, we may pause work until the account is current, and we may use the collection and lien rights California law gives contractors.
Our work and what we don't promise
We're fully licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and if something isn't right, call us and we'll come back and look at it. Any written warranty for your job will be stated in your contract, along with what it covers and for how long.
Apart from what's written in your contract, the work and this website are provided as they are, without other warranties of any kind. We aren't responsible for problems caused by things outside our work, such as ground movement, drainage on your property, existing structural defects, misuse, normal weathering or repairs made by others. Brick, stone and concrete are natural materials, so some variation in color, texture and hairline cracking is normal and isn't a defect.
Limits on our liability
To the extent California law allows, Quality Tracy Concrete and Masonry isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the website or our work, such as lost use of your property or lost income. Our total liability on any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
Information on this site is general and may not be current or complete. You use it at your own risk, and nothing here is engineering or legal advice. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we don't control or answer for their content.
Settling a disagreement
If you're unhappy with anything, call us first at (209) 237-1005, because most problems get fixed faster with a conversation and a visit to the site. If we can't work it out together, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court.
If a dispute still isn't settled, it will be handled in the state or federal courts serving San Joaquin County, California, unless your written contract says otherwise or the law requires a different place.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Changes won't alter a written contract already signed for your job.
If you have a question about these terms, reach us through the Contact page or call (209) 237-1005. We respond within 1 business day.
